In patients that wish to augment the projection of their gluteal region and improve its con-tour, Dr. Bravo employs either fat grafting procedures taken from the patients´own deposits around the flanks, abdomen and back, a technique known as a Brazilian Butt Lift; or techniques which involve the placement of permanent implants in order to achieve more tangible results in patients with an evident loss of volume or sagging in their buttocks, and that do not have sufficient excess fat in other areas in order to perform a fat grafting procedure.
